Structural features
The H-type refrigeration pump is a single-stage pump and adopts a high-pressure internal circulation method. Part of the medium flows from the high-pressure zone at the outlet of the impeller, flows into the shaft hole through the filter screen, is pressurized by the auxiliary impeller again, and enters the rotor cavity of the shielded motor, and finally returns to the high-pressure zone at the outlet of the impeller. This high-pressure internal circulation method fully guarantees the pressure of the shielded motor rotor cavity and avoids the vaporization of the medium in the pump. The shunt realizes the functions of cooling and shielding the motor and lubricating the sliding bearing at the same time. The vaporization point of the traditional refrigeration canned pump is very close to the saturated vapor pressure, and sometimes even exceeds the air pressure line, which reduces the pressure in the motor cavity and causes vaporization.
