Inspection and maintenance of canned pump: 1. The canned pump is lubricated by its own circulating flow, and it cannot be operated in shut-off, nor can it operate in reverse for more than 1 minute. 3. The throttling orifice plate is installed between the pump body outlet and the pipe flange, and is a stainless steel plate with a through hole smaller than the outlet pipe. Because the canned pump is lubricated by its own circulation, if there is no throttling effect of the throttling orifice, the pressure of the returning liquid will be very low. The bearing cannot be lubricated completely, resulting in bearing damage. In addition, the orifice plate can further increase the pressure. 4. The jacket is filled with cooling water to reduce the temperature of the equipment. When the temperature of the conveyed liquid is high, the jacket should be set. 5. Pay attention to the following points when assembling: Before installing the bearing into the bearing seat, put the lining into the incision on the periphery of the bearing, insert the bearing into the bearing seat, and screw the stop screw into the lining of the automobile accessories.
